Introduction
Field workers are at the heart of Transformation India Movement’s mission. Men and women who have committed their lives to Christ and demonstrate leadership are enrolled in a six-month training program. This training covers discipleship, community transformation, and leadership development, preparing them to share the Gospel and serve villages with both faith and practical solutions.
Challenge
Millions of children and adults worldwide continue to face challenges in accessing quality education due to economic disparities, lack of infrastructure, and systemic barriers.
Solution
We invest in training local believers who already understand the culture and language of their communities. For just ₹40,000 a church planter can complete a six-month training program that equips them to:
Disciple new believers and form house churches.
Lead community transformation projects that meet practical needs.
Develop leadership skills to shepherd multiple villages.
Expand outreach — each planter is encouraged to impact at least five villages.
