Founder’s Story
Rev. Dr. Biju Thomas — Founder & President
Dr Biju Thomas is the founder and president of Transformation India Movement (TIM), a faith-driven organisation based in Bihar, India. Born and raised in Kerala , grew up surrounded by faith and community. His early career with Trans World Radio led him north to Bihar, a land of deep need and spiritual opportunity.
In 2002, Dr Biju. Thomas felt God’s call to combine meeting physical needs with sharing the Gospel. Recognizing that clean water, education, and livelihood support opened hearts to the Good News, he moved his family to Bihar and began a journey of transformation. For over two decades, he has dedicated his life to equipping church planters and building holistic community development programs that bring lasting hope to villages across northern India.
